Where: Committee meetings are held in the Council Shop (22 High Street).

When: The usual starting time for all meetings is 6:30pm.

With the exception of Planning & Highways, there are normally no meetings in August.

Meets normally on the 2nd Wednesday in each month

Responsibilities

• Allotments
• Play Areas and equipment
• Amenity Areas/Open Spaces
• Amenity Furniture
• Development of Jubilee Field

Meets normally on the 3rd Wednesday in each month, plus additional meeting after Full Council when needed

Responsibilities

• Agreeing recommendations to District Council on all planning applications for Cam.
  
  
• Monitoring decisions made by District Council.
  
  
• Discussing, monitoring and responding to as appropriate strategic planning matters, e.g. monitoring and reporting of public transport issues, provision and maintenance of bus shelters, County Structure Plan, local regeneration proposals etc.
  
  
• Monitoring and reporting highway problems.
  
  
• Public Rights of Way

Meets quarterly by arrangement and additionally as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Formulating budgets for decision by Full Council
• Monitoring budgets
• Financial planning
• Staffing matters
• Administrative matters
• Premises matters
• Other matters of a general nature referred from time to time by Full Council
  
  

Meets normally on 4th Wednesday in alternate months

Responsibilities

• Planning and development of new Community Resource Centre for Cam
• Liaison with Stroud District Council of development of mixed use site at Chapel Street
• Maintenance and operation of Council buildings
