Jonathan is the council's community safety and policing representative on external bodies.
He is the lead Councillor for War Memorials.

Jonathan is an information technology executive, researcher, writer and lawyer.
He has served on Cam Parish Council since 2015 and brings the experience of having served on four local councils since 2003.
He founded the Centre for Research into Online Communities and E-Learning Systems in 2005, now part of the Crocels Community Media Group. His research and development work generally falls within human-computer interaction and he is widely published on the subjects such as Internet trolling, cyber-stalking and cyber-law.
Jonathan is highly qualified with more than one post-graduate degree to his name and is a member of several professional bodies.
He enjoys contributing within the community especially in the areas of environment and equality, has served as a school governor and recently ran a project at Dursley Library, which linked young people from Cam with those in Melbourne.
In his spare time he enjoys listening to music, swimming and chess.
