NB 20 MINUTES WILL BE ALLOWED FOR PUBLIC QUESTION TIME UNDER AGENDA ITEM 3 (OPEN TO ANY RESIDENT OF CAM). IT SHOULD BE NOTED THAT NO DECISIONS MAY BE MADE ON ISSUES RAISED, OTHER THAN TO MAKE REFERRAL TO A FURTHER MEETING, AN OFFICER OR ANOTHER AGENCY

All in attendance should be aware that filming and recording may occur during the meeting. This meeting will be held in accordance with s.78 of the Coronavirus Act 2020, The Local Authorities and Police and Crime Panels (Coronavirus) (Flexibility of Local Authority and Police and Crime Panel Meetings) (England and Wales) Regulations 2020 ("the 2020 Regulations") which came in to force on 4 April 2020. The 2020 Regulations enable local councils to hold remote meetings (including by video and telephone conferencing) for a specified period until May 2021. The 2020 Regulations apply to local council meetings, committee and sub-committee meetings in England.

Press and Public may join the meeting. Those wishing to join the meeting can register their email addresses for confirmation prior to the start time by emailing the clerk@camparishcouncil.gov.uk

All attendees should try to join the meeting 5 minutes prior to the start of the meeting to allow for any connection problems.

Budget and Medium Term Financial Planning

7) To receive and comment on budget report

a) Any amendments or virements to 2019/20 budget

b) Balances to be carried over into reserves for 2020/21

c) Treatment of any additional year end balances

d) Any amendments to earmarked reserves

8) To receive and comment on Annual Return and make recommendation to Full Council for adoption.

9) To consider revisions to financial risk assessment
Committee are requested to consider and recommend to FC.

12) To receive update on render situation and agree actions

13) To consider amendments to bank account signatories and electronic payment authorisers

14) To agree membership to GAPTC at the cost of £2108.65
This is an annual support amount and includes a discount (179.00) for having a qualified clerk

15) EXCLUSION OF PUBLIC AND PRESS To resolve that by the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960 and under Section 100(A) of the Local Government Act 1972, the public and press be excluded for the following items 16,17,18 and 19 of business, on the grounds it involves the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in the Acts

Staffing

16) To consider Employer LGPS Pension Banding for the Local Government Pension Scheme

17) To consider increment rise as per contractual agreements

18) To consider payment of home working allowances

19) To receive report from Clerk regarding remote working arrangements, note time sheets, agree accrued hours, Holiday records and agree actions

20) To reconvene the meeting
