Good practise and Financial regulations are in place to ensure that any expenditure is approved by the council on a monthly basis and on the resolution of the council, the Chair will sign as a true record of the accounts. Each month a councillor will be appointed to visit the office to ratify all accounts prior to the full council meeting.
