Play equipment in Cam open

PLAY equipment in Cam has now been opened, although MUGAs, the skatepark and outdoor gym equipment remains closed.

Cam Parish Council has decided to open the play equipment at Woodfield, Cam Green and Jubilee Playing Field. These had been closed in line with Government regulations during the Covid pandemic.

Please be advised of the following temporary road closure:

Springhill, Cam

This road will be closed (as per the attached plan) from the 6th April 2021 to the 9th April 2021. This is to allow for works on behalf of Western Power Distribution.

Clearance work at Rackleaze Nature Area

Clearance work is due to take place at Rackleaze Nature Area in Cam, starting Tuesday 9 February. The public footpath will remain open but the boardwalk will be closed for the duration of the work.

  1. Divert the tarmac perimeter footpath at Jubilee Playing Field to take users away from the skatepark and rejoin the existing footpath at a further point, and
